We had an okay experience. We decided to do take out this time. We ordered some apps that seemed way over priced for the size that you’re getting. Egg roll ratios were off. Egg rolls had too much of the wrap that took away from the flavor of the egg rolls besides being over fried. Maybe use smaller wraps? No utensils packed for takeout. Pad Thai was lacking in flavor and ingredients. Only thing that was great was the pho.

Got the vermicelli noodle bowl. Shrimp was cold, beef was flavorful but cold also. Portions could have been better. As for service it's understandable giving it only a few days after grand opening. I'll come back in 2 months for update. Till then I'll travel 15-20 mins for pho.

Bottom line: food is pretty good. Will give them time to work through growing pains and will check them out again. Try it. Will be awesome to have a Pho place in the neighborhood.

Food is good! Had the summer rolls and a Pho dish. I'm no master chef but I enjoyed my meal! Servers and staff and friendly and the environment is clean and well put together. I think there could have been more prep and attention to making sure food orders are coming out of the kitchen timely, and tables are set properly, but all those details work themselves out in time. Looking forward to trying again in a few weeks when they have worked out the operational bugs.

Food is great. The logistics is A little disorganized but hey, it happens. Get some more waiters, someone to greet and some one to cash out and you should be all good.

The food is so fresh, well done. The wonton soup is to die for, even the broth is a must finish! I would put 20 stars if I could. Great job you guys we are recommending to everyone we know, and we will definitely be back.

Very tasty with big portions. Got the Vegan Pho and has enough for lunch tomorrow too.

Food was very good and the service was amazing

The staff were professional and welcoming. Their fried chicken was amazing especially with the sauce! House fried rice was good and fresh. For drinks, I recommend STRAWBERRY and AVOCADO smoothies! The place was simple, cozy and clean.

Delicious vermicelli bowls and solid pho! So glad they opened near Salem.

I went here today with a friend, only to find a sign that said it's out of business until further notice. They just had a grand opening about a week ago. Hopefully, they're able to work out whatever the issue is. It would be nice to not have to drive to Lowell.

The family who owns this restaurant is super friendly. Food is delicious and fresh!

Keep in mind. It was their first day and they are working out the kinks. Got the seafood pho. Broth could have been much hotter. I did not like the fish balls. A couple of thin slices of Tilapia or Perch would have been great. The place was clean and warm. Definitely give it another try. They should strongly consider getting rid of the Fish balls.

We got summer rolls, chicken wings, Bun, and Vietnamese iced coffees. Everything was fresh and delicious and our waiter was attentive and so nice! It's great to have a Vietnamese restaurant near us and we plan on going here as often as we can!

Very nice place, the Pho is amazing, it's a must try!
